Description
Cooper’s Pick is a small-batch, barrel-finished blend built for depth and balance. Selected Arabica lots are finished in reclaimed Tennessee whiskey barrels, then roasted to a profile that preserves sweetness while adding weight and gentle oak complexity. The cup presents toasted oak at the forefront, a rich dark-cocoa backbone, and a dried-cherry fruit note on the finish. Packaged in an 11 oz tin to lock in freshness and showcase our barrel technique. Versatile for espresso and milk-based drinks, while remaining clear and rewarding in manual brews.
