This 11 oz tin features Vietnam Arabica finished in reclaimed whiskey barrels and roasted to a medium profile to preserve sweetness and clarity. Barrel finishing adds warm oak and subtle spirit character while the Vietnam origin contributes sweet chocolate, nutty depth and soft fruit highlights. The tin protects freshness and showcases our Tennessee-based finishing process. Suitable for espresso, milk drinks and filter methods. Roast to order and enjoy within 4 to 6 weeks for best flavor.

Recommended brew methods and grind
Espresso: fine grind, tamp firmly, adjust extraction to taste
French press: coarse grind, steep 4 to 5 minutes

Water temperature: 92 to 96°C (195 to 205°F)
Let rest 48 to 72 hours after roast for optimal development
