Barrel-aged coffee is green Arabica beans stored in reclaimed spirit barrels for weeks to months so they absorb oak, caramel, and spice notes. After aging we roast the beans to highlight those barrel flavors.

We source high-quality Arabica, age selected lots in reclaimed barrels, then hand roast each small batch using a roast profile that preserves clarity and body. Every bag is roasted to order in Tennessee.

We work with trusted growers and import select lots from proven origins. Specific origins vary by roast and season. Country of origin is shown on each product page and packaging.

Use methods that highlight body and flavor. French press, drip, or a slightly coarser pour-over work well. Aim for water around 92–96°C (195–205°F) and adjust grind and brew time to taste.

For peak flavor use within 4–6 weeks of roast. Store unopened bags in a cool, dark place. Once opened keep beans in an airtight container and use within two to three weeks for best results.
